Terms and Conditions
Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- All sales are final. We supply personalized gifts so any large order of 250 or more items is subject to a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost.
- Once a design is approved, the laser begins its work. No order can be cancelled after this phase.
- Lasermade LLC cannot be held responsible for items shipped
- All of our designs have been approved for commercial use.
Return and Refund Policy
Our return/refund policy.
Returns will be accepted upon the following conditions
- Free of any other damage beside the damage or workmanship at issue
- Condition of returned item must be new.
- Reason for return is limited to workmanship other than what was agreed upon during design phase.
- We will issue you an RMA # and a shipping label if we deem the damage was due to our workmanship
- A refund will be issued upon the receipt of the items if you choose not to receive a replacement. If you choose a replacement, we will ship it out to you at no charge. The original design cannot be altered.
